Temphis was founded by a team of experienced Chartered Surveyors and Property Developers who had seen first-hand how poorly managed buildings can impact not just property values, but the day-to-day lives of the people who live there. Frustrated by a lack of transparency, inconsistent service, and slow communication in the block management sector, we set out to build something better.

We believe that good block management shouldn’t feel like a struggle. It should be clear, responsive, and delivered with integrity. That belief is what drives everything we do at Temphis.

With backgrounds across residential development, estate management, and construction, we bring a deep understanding of how buildings are built, maintained, and lived in. That technical knowledge, combined with a hands-on, customer-first approach, allows us to manage properties with care, clarity, and confidence.

Since our inception, we’ve focused on delivering a high-quality service built around three core principles:
